Classification of control activities in the field of mineral resources

Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific and theoretical research of classification of environmental control in the field of mineral resources context of the systems regularity as whole and interactions of its components. Analysis of the current practice of the division of environmental control for certain types shows that the conventional criteria of such classification does not exist. The subject of environmental control is the most widespread criteria of classification used by scientists. There is no unity in determining the types of environmental control in environmental and legal acts. This disadvantage requires proper legal regulation. The classification of environmental control in the field of mineral resources on the territorial level is essential for determining the powers of its subjects and prevention of duplication of activities. The analysis will reveal the conditions and opportunities of integrated consideration of social, economic and environmental factors in the implementation of environmental monitoring in the field of protection of mineral resources.
