Judicial reform in the context of constitutional changes in Ukraine

Abstract
The paper deals with the reform of the judicial system in the aspect of the proposed changes to the Constitution of Ukraine on justice. Analyzed the bill and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on its compliance with the provisions of articles 157 and 158 of the Basic Law of Ukraine. Analyzes the individual opinion of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on this conclusion. Provided critical remarks on reforming the judicial system of Ukraine.
