CLASSIFICATION OF THE FACTORS, THAT INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF THE REALIZATION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the process of implementation of the Basic Law, describes a unified approach to the classification of such factors on the basis of their uniformity, makes conclusions on optimization of the factors in order to achieve the highest degree of effectiveness of the realization of the Constitution of Ukraine.
