CLASSIFICATION PROBLEMS OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE IMPACT MEASURES

Abstract
The article is devoted to classification of measures of influence on violations of bank laws, that are used by the National Bank of Ukraine. It is defined, that plenary powers of NBU, including procedure of application of measures of influence, is regulated by the norms of part ІІ of Resolution of NBU "About approval of Statute about application of measures of influence by the National bank of Ukraine” № 346, dated 17.08.2012. It is marked that application of measures of influence to bank institutions for violation of bank laws is the constituent of bank supervision, that the National bank of Ukraine carries out within the limits of its plenary powers in force. The criteria of classification, that is marked in scientific literature, are defined, and the own criteria of classification of measures of influence of NBU are given on the basis of analysis of contiguous legislation and scientific researches.
