COACHING AS LEARNING METHOD IN CONTEXT REFORMING HIGHER EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

The paper studies the role of coaching in the process of training in the higher education system; The essence of the concept and principles of education 3.0; The essence, principles and styles of coaching education; disclosed the contents of the coaching process steps; generalized practice coaching techniques and procedures for their implementation, taking the level of training of students and learning activities. To work with junior students most useful is coaching technique «helixof practice». Techniques GROW, «competitions structure», as well as «Three dimensions» (3D) are best for senior students
