Comparative analysis of the procedure for application of disciplinary sanctions to public officers and some other categories of officials and officers.

Abstract
The issue of procedure for applying disciplinary sanctions – along with official investigation is an essential element both to ensure labor discipline in the sphere of public service and guarantee labor rights of public officers and their legal status. That is why it is so important for scientists and lawmakers to pay attention to the balance of the procedure for holding liable to disciplinary sanctions. The objective of the article is a scientific and theoretical study of the reform of labor discipline in the sphere of public service by applying sanctions to public officers and looking for the means to improve the legislation in the sphere being studied. To achieve this objective, the current procedure for holding public officers liable to disciplinary sanctions is being studied; the similar procedures for some other categories of officials and officers are being analyzed.
