CONCEPT, PECULIARITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL STATUS AND POWERS OF AN OFFICIAL OF THE NATIONAL CENTRAL OFFICE OF INTERPOL OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article there are considered a legal status of a staff of INTERPOL National Central Bureau in Ukraine, namely policemen, state employees and civil servants of Department of International Police Cooperation of National Police of Ukraine. Author analyses the content of laws of Ukraine “On National Police” and “On State Service” in which there are indicated differences between legal status and competences of officials of INTERPOL National Central Bureau. Besides, on the base of scientific-theoretical researches in the field of administrative law there are considered the distinctive features of legal status of all personnel of INTERPOL National Central Bureau of Ukraine, which relate to all existent categories of employees of Department of International Police Cooperation of National Police of Ukraine.
