CONNECTION BETWEEN THE VICTIM AND THE OFFENDER IN CRIMES AGAINST PERSON’S SEXUAL FREEDOM AND SEXUAL IMMUNITY

Abstract
The article is analyzed the criminal relationship between the victim and the offender in committing socially dangerous acts envisaged by Section IV of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Attention was also paid to the socio-demographic and criminal characteristics of the perpetrator’s personality and the behavior of the victim. The generalized «portrait» of a potential victim of a sexual crime is formed.
