CONSIDERING MISTAKE OF FACT TO COMMIT CRIME IN COMPLICITY (BASED ON EXAMPLES STAGING MURDER)

Abstract
Some issues of considering of mistake of fact to commit crime in complicity are researched in article. The study is based on judicial Ukrainian practice. The possible options for criminal legal assessment of situation, including this mistake of fact, are proposed.
