CONSUMERS IN THE LEGAL RELATIONS OF THE CONTRACT OF HIRE

Abstract
The contract of hire is a separate type of rent. When the contract concludes by a natural person for a consumer purpose it covered by the legislation on the protection of consumer rights. The terms of the contract of hire, which restrict the rights of consumers in comparison with the rules, laws and other regulatory acts in the field of consumer rights protection, are invalid. The damage arising from improper performance of the terms of the hiring contract should be fully recovered.
