CREATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN THE CONDITIONS OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION

Abstract
The article tells about approach to a project management office forming in the conditions of pharmaceutical production. The author described the functions of project management office, analyzed the list of members of project management office and their basic duties. Also the author built the matrix of responsibility of project management personnel.
