Criminal and criminological aspects of crimes related to donation of organs or human tissues.

Abstract
The article analyzed the issues of the criminal aspects of crimes related to donation of human organs or tissues. The analysis of criminological features of the prevention of illegal trafficking in human organs and tissues has been carried out. Developed scientifically based measures of general social and special criminological prevention of illegal trafficking in human organs and tissues in Ukraine, including moral and educational measures; economic and legal nature, which have, first of all, a clearly expressed applied aspect. It is determined that prevention of illegal trade in human organs and tissues combines: first, taking into account determinants; second, the development on this basis of the necessary measures that ensure the neutralization or elimination of the relevant criminal factors. It is explained that in the system of general social prevention of illegal trade in human organs and tissues the development and realization of the National program for combating the illegal trade in human organs and tissues in Ukraine is important.
