CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARA CTERISTICS OF JUVENILES GUILTY OF A CRIME WITH CRU ELTY

Abstract
The article investigates the main criminological characteristics of juveniles who have committed crimes of cruelty. It was found that the most characteristic feature of moral and psychological offender who commits aggressive acts of violence is extreme egocentrism in which his whole behavior is subject primitive desires and inclinations, including impulsive. It is proved that criminological research offender characteristics will help develop effective measures to prevent juvenile crime committed with extreme cruelty.
