CURRENT STATE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE LABOR TRAINING TEACHERS

Abstract

The article considers contemporary requirements for the professional training of the future labor training teacher, depending on the state standard of the educational branch "Technologies". Thus, its main goal is the formation and development of design and technological, information and communication competences for the realization of the creative potential of students and their socialization in society. Among the problems of professional training of the teacher, it was distinguished not only traditional and non-traditional methods of teaching, but also the importance of self-development and self-organization the future teacher looking for their own style of activity. It was established that the functions of the teacher of labor training consist in the development of the learner's initiative, ingenuity, creativity, thoughtful attitude to work. The key task is to create conditions for self-realization, development of entrepreneurship and professional self-determination of each learner at the level with mastering the ability to evaluate their own results of subjecttransforming activity and the level of formation of key and subject competences. It is established that independent, creative activity of teachers gives the educational process a greater interest of young people in labor education, which is considered not only as a discipline but also as preparation for life taking into account technical and technological modernizations all over the world.
