CURRENT STATE OF THE NORMATIVE-LEGAL PROVIDING OF SPHERE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the current state regulatory support of development of physical culture and sports movement in Ukraine. Identified reasons that hinder the development of sports industry, among which in particular the inconsistency, inconsistency, ambiguity of legal acts, the presence of significant gaps. Given evidence-based recommendations for improving current legislation in the sphere of physical culture and sports.
