CURRENT TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL LAND USE RIGHT MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers modern tendencies of development agricultural land use right market in Ukraine and features of consolidation of agricultural lands. Investment treaties, land sharing agreements, joint venture agreements and contracts for the cultivation of agricultural products from tolling raw materials analyzed. Such contracts conclude for a short period in order to consolidate the cultivated land. The article established that such agreements are false and hidden contracts for acquiring the right of agricultural land use. The author proposes to amend the law to legitimization of the agricultural land use market.
