TRANSCENDENTAL NATURE OF LAW

Abstract
The author analyzes the transcendental nature of law as its main feature that is the basis of self-sufficiency and perfection of law. The phenomenon of freedom, which is interpreted as a special being of the individual, is investigated. The approach, according to which meta-anthropology of freedom is recognized as existence, is analyzed. It is concluded that the process of personal existence is flowing as a constant struggle of contraries between the outer and the inner in self-realization and human life, and the transcendental nature of law is revealed through the truth, root cause and free will.
