Death groups – new cyber crime

Abstract
The article deals with a criminal offense as suicide through social networks. Examples of so-called «death groups» that have rea- lized their criminal activity both within Ukraine and abroad are considered. The means of struggle and prevention of this offense are described both within our country, and on an example of Russia, Kazakhstan.
