Abstract

The largest summit as participation rate from NATO's history was also the most disputed one because of the complex approached topics, the numerous difficulties into decisions' taking and Russia's firm position in the issue regarding Ukraine and Georgia's accesion, considered a direct threat against Russian Federation national security.
