DESCRIPTION OF THE TYPES OF ABUSE OF A MONOPOLY (DOMINANT) POSITION

Abstract
The article examines and describes types of monopoly (dominant) abuse by eco- nomic player on market. The article provides a distinction between general and spe- cific prohibitions. Basing on conclusions which have been made, it proposes changes to current legislation of Ukraine.
