THE FORMAL GROUNDS FOR RESTRICTING HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to problems of formal basis of grounds for restricting of human rights in Ukraine. The term of formal basis of restricting of human rights are defined, every formal basis of restricting of human rights are characterized, legisla- tion of formal basis of restriction of human rights are analyzed.
