Determinant Analysis of Informal Sector Business Revenue in Labuhanbatu Regency

Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyse the influence of capital, number of labor, time allocation for doing business, and duration of running a business to informal sector revenue in Labuhanbatu Regency. This research uses double linear regression model processed using EViews version 7. This research uses non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result shows that capital (p = 0,0000), number of labour (0,0061), time allocation (0,0225), duration of running the business (0,0000) and business location (0,0002)do influence significantly to informal sector revenue in Labuhanbatu Regency.
