DETERMINING THE STRUCTURE AND CONTENTS OF THE VALUE COMPETENCES OF THE FUTURE TEACHER MUSICAL ART IN THE PROCESS OF CHORAL CONDUCTING TRAINING

Abstract
The article is devoted to an actual problem of modern art, especially music, education – analysis of the structure and content of the valued competencies of the future teacher of musical art in the conductor-choir training. The society is interested in forming of a highly-qualified specialist, who has high level of value competences development, who meets the demands to the teacher in modern school. It analyzes scientifi c and pedagogical research, highlighting diff erent approaches to the defi nition of the structure and content of the competence of the future teacher of music. By studying the basic categories of competence approach, analyzing the research of domestic and foreign scholars, the author offers his own interpretation of the term “value competences of the future teachers of musical art”. The structure of value competences, is worked out and developed, it is underlined that their usei considerably improves the productivity in the educational process at the Department of Arts at Pedagogical University. Attention is focused on the orientation of the process of choral conducting training of future teacher of musical art on the assistance of becoming and development of their value competences.
