FORMATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article considers the matter of the student government management and its influence on the managerial culture formation of the future head of a general educational institution. A modern approach is revealed to the work of student self-government bodies in higher education, and the main legislative provisions regarding the principles of activity and their main functions are covered. The specificity of student self-government is researched, which positively influences not only the development of the student's abilities and his personality-strong-willed qualities, but also the formation of an appropriate level of managerial culture for the further professional growth of the future leader. Specific features of the student’s activities during work in the bodies of student government are determined, which have a wide range of opportunities for personal development, education of a prospective professional, a leader capable of boldly accepting independent pedagogical decisions.
