Development and formation of transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research and the role of computer science

Abstract
The considered methodologies of transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary scientific research, information technologies of their support directly or indirectly appeal to the scientific picture of the world that will increase the effectiveness of the transdisciplinary interaction of subject disciplines, involve into consideration new convergence clusters, create new scientific theories, models and methods for solving complex scientific problems of Nature and Society. It is a question of universal transdisciplinary knowledge. All over the worldwide web (or global information space), such knowledge should be represented by the Unified Network of Transdisciplinary Knowledge – the next generation of Semantic Web. Obviously, this development will follow the path of initially creating applied distributed systems in specific subject areas (telemedicine, environmental monitoring, energy systems, etc.) and raising their intellectual level. The central place in it will be occupied by Grid-technologies and Cloud-computing, as well as virtual organizations, structures and services. The setting and implementation of transdisciplinary projects of high complexity will clearly show the core function of informatics. The problems of effective support of transdisciplinary scientific research lead to the formation and systematic analysis of the service-oriented paradigm of noospherogenesis defined by the chain: noospherogenesis – transdisciplinarity – informatics – ontological concept – scientific picture of the world – perspective information technologies. The essential function, place and sequence of concepts in this chain are clearly defined and, in fact, constitute the methodological basis of modern scientific research, as a basis of the civilization development. Modern information technologies have already become the foundation of almost all Hi Tech and the basis of the construction of a knowledgeoriented society, which is capable to solve all the essential tensions in the development of modern (technological) civilization. The process of information technologies intellectualization is oriented, firstly, on complex fundamental and applied scientific research, that is why knowledge engineering and knowledge management systems occupy a special place in informatics.
