Dialogue as an Asset in Managing an Organisation

Abstract
The aim of the present article is to discuss the value of a dialogistic communication between an organization and its stakeholders and shareholders as its management asset enhancing its position and competitiveness. In Public Relations and intercultural communication the statement that a communication success or failure significantly adds to a short and a long term success or failure of the whole organization sounds especially true.
