DIRECTIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the main trends in the process of management development. Investigation describes characteristics of modern management in Ukraine. This work analyzes the interrelation or interdependence of management and economics. New re-quirements for management quality in modern conditions of globalization processes are predicted. The author analyzes directions of management development in the modern realities of the Ukrainian economy, proposes practical ways to improve the quality of man-agement decisions. This article is dedicated to the current problems in Ukrainian enterprise management such as poor organization-al structure, a lack of qualified managers, distorted perception of corporate culture and incorrect marking. Ukraine is going to be-come a part of European Union community and this process is associated with great opportunities for our county. However, nowadays we cannot say that our economy is competitive enough to other states in EU. To change it, every part of Ukrainian econo-my without any exceptions should comply with EU standards. Ukrainian management just is going to become a strong power, which would be able to influence the competitiveness, profitability and effectiveness of entrepreneurship. To expedite this development pro-cess every manager, worker and businessperson should change their attitude to the enterprise management.
