INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF INDUSTRIAL SECTOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY REGULATION

Abstract
The organization and economic mechanism of industry innovative activity regulation is the most important in-strument for the implementation of state innovation policy. The institutional support of innovative activity is a com-ponent of this mechanism. The institutional units responsible for the implementation of industrial and innovation pol-icy in Ukraine were explored in the article. The main regulatory and legal acts regulating innovative activity of the industrial sector were considered. The implementation of projects contributing to the development of innovations in the country was analyzed. The effectiveness of the implementation of state innovation policy was investigated. The main problems of institutional support of the innovation activity of the industrial sector of the country are revealed
