ДО ПИТАННЯ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЗАХИСТУ ТРУДОВИХ ПРАВ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "protection of labor rights of workers" are researched. Author's understanding of the concept of "legal regulation of the protection of workers' labor rights" is provided. It has been stated that despite a large number of normative legal acts the norms of which are aimed at regulating the protection of labor rights of workers, the legislation in this area has a large number of shortcomings and gaps, which in turn gives employers real opportunities without barriers to violate labor rights of employees.
