DOCTRINAL APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE ESSENCE OF THE REALIZATION BOUNDARIES OF HOUSING RIGHTS

Abstract
Research of scientific approaches of civil science to understanding of the realization boundaries of subjective housing rights. Based analyzed doctrinal approaches proposed the boundary of realization housing rights be read in conjunction with the morality of the behavior person in good faith exercise their subjective right to housing. It is noted that in the exercise of their rights, a person must follow the principle of good faith, the prohibition of abuse of the law and take into account the legal limits established by applicable law.
