ДОВІРА ДО СУДУ ЯК ЧИННИК ДОВІРИ ДО ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ВЛАДИ: МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ТА НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ ВИМІРИ

Abstract
Оцінка довіри до суду визнана як вимір верховенства права (правовладдя). Такий підхід застосовується у різноманітних міжнародних та національних практичних інструментах оцінки демократичних режимів. У даній статті формулюються головні засади національного моніторингу рівня довіри до суду та судової системи на основі аналізу, по-перше, найбільш відомих міжнародних соціологічних методо- логій та, по-друге, особливостей сучасної української ситуації в цій сфері.
