Abstract
Revealed the essence of investing. Investigated the main indicators of the effectiveness of investment projects. The following critical appraisal of individual performance indicators of investment projects. The considered methods for calculating the main indicators of the efficiency of investment projects are analyzed on the example of two projects of construction of the warehouse shop at the food industry enterprises LLC "Mareven Food Ukraine". Conclusions on alternativeness the adoption of one of the proposed projects.
