Abstract

Pasemko G.P, Dovgal S.V, Ваga L.G., Momot A.S., Economic and Production Capacity of AIC. In the article systematic analysis of the categories "potential", "economic potential". Scientific comprehension of the directions of development of the national economy and ways to increase its efficiency necessarily require a sufficiently clear definition of the concept of "production potential". Production potential can be considered as a component of economic potential. In the general theoretical sense, "productive potential" remains a part of those industrial relations that affect the ability of one or another branch of the national economy to reproduce in an enlarged scale at a certain level. From the point of view of the resource approach, it will be exclusively the ability of the available resources to ensure the continuity of production and growth of its volumes. Thus, there is a risk of concentrating only on developing methods for calculating the possibilities of economic resources for participation in social reproduction, seeking ways to improve the organizational structure of production, and so on, which does not take into account the need for the development of industrial relations. To a certain extent, such an approach is not systematic and comprehensive. As a matter of fact, the very organization of production always takes place in the system of certain industrial relations. For example, the lifting of the moratorium on agricultural land, the formation of the land market, directly affect the level of economic and productive potential of the agro-industrial complex. At the same time, changing the ownership of land - the main means of production in agriculture, is, above all, a change in the system of those industrial relations, which are formed in this area of the economy. Key words: potential, economic potential, production potential, internal factors of influence, external factors of influence, material carriers of economic potential, intangible carriers of economic potential.
