Abstract
The article presents the elemental composition of wheat bran hydrolysate and powder obtained in the presence of control, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid. The studies used a Perkin Elmer “Avio 200” ICP-MS inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer. More than 30 micro and macro elements in the ash of wheat bran hydrolysate obtained by the acidic method were quantitatively analyzed
