EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION ON THE EFFECT OF STRESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS GAIN: SAMPLE OF POLICE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The purpose of this study; examine the relationship between job satisfaction and continuity of stress in the context of polis organization. Negative consequences of the job dissatisfaction and organizational sources of stress caused by the similarities cause’s serious problems in the organizations and on their employees. Work in this direction, for police organization workers job satisfaction and organizational sources of stress by an examination of the causes of these negative consequences in terms of prevention aims to contribute to the formation.
