ENTREPRENEURIAL POTENTIAL AS A STRATEGIC RESERVE FOR INCREASING REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
In the article the essence of the entrepreneurial potential of the region are considered. The assessment of its components in the context of the impact on regional competitiveness is implemented. Recommendations and advantages of the development of the entrepreneurial potential of the region on the basis of cluster associations are indicated. The sequence of actions to create a cluster of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises is defined.
