ESSENCE AND FACTORS AFFECTING THE COMPETITIVENESS HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
In the article the author's interpretation of the essence of competitiveness of higher education, based on the synthesis and complement existing treatments. Identified two groups of factors that affect the competitiveness of the university, such as managed and unmanaged. We consider the quality of educational services as one of the most important factors affecting the competitiveness of higher education.
