ESSENCE AND TYPES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PRODUCTION IN THE SPHERE OF THE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The article defines the essence, elements and stages of administrative production in the sphere of the use of natural resources. The expediency of activating the reforming of licensing and licensing production in the sphere of natural resources use is justified. The criteria for classifying administrative production in the sphere of the use of natural resources are characterized. The concept of an administrative procedure in the sphere of the use of natural resources is defined. The types and bases of the classification of administrative production in the sphere of the use of natural resources by jurisdictions are established. The specifics of the administrative procedure for the provision of environmental information are clarified. Based on the results of consideration of judicial practice, the stage of appealing decisions, actions or inactivity of subjects of public administration in the sphere of the use of natural resources is characterized. It is specified that the signs of non-juridical nature are inherent in the administrative proceedings for the consideration of citizens’ appeals, the requests of individuals and legal entities, the provision of special permits, licensing, etc. It is determined that jurisdictional procedures for the application of administrative and tort proceedings to guilty persons, as well as administrative cases in administrative order Legal proceedings.
