ESTIMATES OF THE EXCITATION CONDITIONS AND EXTINCTION OF BLAST WAVES DURING MINE EXPLOSIONS

Abstract

Discussed possible scenarios of ignition and explosion development in mines. Proposed assessment of suppress the dynamic and thermal effects of explosive waves conditions, providing a complete attenuation of the detonation wave of a methane - coal dust - air mixture to the level of the acoustic wave. Estimated values agree with the experimental data.
