EVALUATION OF SOCIO-BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCE OF TRADE PERSONNEL

Abstract
The socio-behavioural aspects of evaluating trade personnel performance in terms of online trade development are considered. The motivational characteristics of social behaviour of personnel in sales are analyzed; value model of satisfaction in the interaction system "manager-employee-customer" is defined. Distinctive characteristics of position functionality and set of behavioural indicators – competences in evaluating trade employees are determined (B2B, B2C). In the article the generalized profiles of positions for sales representative, categorical manager are presented. Weaknesses in development of social-oriented competences in trade personnel performance of social networks are detected.
