Ewolucja kodeksów dobrych praktyk inwestorów instytucjonalnych w Wielkiej Brytanii

Abstract
Artykuł przedstawia ewolucję kodeksów dobrych praktyk inwestorów instytucjonalnych w Wielkiej Brytanii. Rekomendacje dla instytucji były zawarte już w raporcie Cadbury’ego, lecz dopiero kryzys gospodarczy z roku 2007 przyczynił się do głębszego przeanalizowania roli inwestorów instytucjonalnych w gospodarce. Wynikiem tego było powstanie Code on the Responsibilities of Institutional Investors, który wyewoluował z UK Stewardship Code. Artykuł zawiera analizę tych dokumentów. W pracy przytoczono także badania odnośnie przestrzegania przez instytucje zapisów kodeksów dobrych praktyk oraz plany partycypacji inwestorów w procesie dalszej ewolucji i rozwoju kodeksów.
