EXECUTION OF DECISIONS OF THE EUROPEAN COURT IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EU

Abstract
The article explored the legislation of a number of member states of the European Union on the subject of legislative and organizational support for the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The author focused on highlighting certain aspects of enforcing decisions by individual EU member states in the light of their relevance to Ukraine in the present.
