Abstract
The article investigates the administrative and legal regulation of pharmaceutical activities in Ukraine. The author focuses on revealing problems of competence, structure and other features of the regulator and the formulation of the concept of “an administrative regulation” in general and “an administrative regulation of the pharmaceutical activity” in particular.
