EXPEDITING CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS - GUARANTEE OF THE REASONABLE TIME

Abstract
The article examines the differentiated procedure - expediting criminal proceedings. It is a guarantee of the penal procedure principle - "Hearing and deciding the cases within a reasonable time". The new legal framework has established the possibility of expediting criminal proceedings, both pre-trial and court proceedings.
