EXTENSION OF TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL WHILE INTEGRATING TEL INTO BUSINESSORGANIZATION

Abstract
Purpose of the article is by making scientific literature analysis reveal how technology acceptance model proposed by Davis (1986)could be expanded while integrating TEL into business organization. Technology acceptance model can be expanded by various variables. Scientific literature suggest that variables of social influence (subjective norms and organizational support), individual context variables (personal innovativeness, unwillingness to change and self-efficacy) and cognitive absorption should be involved in the model of technology acceptance for better understanding of how to promote successful integration of TEL into business organization.
