External experience of anti-monopoly policy and prospects for reforming domestic competitive legislation in conditions of globalization

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of competitive relations and their regulation at the legislative level in the USA, the European Union and within the framework of the WTO. The history of the emergence of the competition law of foreign countries and the history of the competition law of Ukraine and their current state are considered. In the conditions of globalization, the regulation of competition at the national level requires modernization and improvement, taking into account the openness of the markets and the functioning of the international world order.
