FACTORS OF BIOCLUSTERS’ CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of regional potential and definition of factors that promote creation and development of bioclusters. Bioclusters are the complex systems where small firms, start-ups, big companies, universities, hospitals, research centers and industry associations and public organizations cooperate and develop in unique way. There were defined the most important factors which promote bioclusters formation. It is given bioclusters’ typology: spontaneous, political and mixed ones. It was given the classification of factors which promote bioclusters’ development: Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Economic Performance Indicators (EPIs).
