Features create an effective management team in modern conditions

Abstract
The team management is the key factor of achievement of organizational success due to literate motivation of workers the characteristic features of that are flexibility and ability to do needments for the achievement of success of organization. Рurpose of article is to educe the features of creation of effective management team in organization, leaning on reason of it’s workers by means of unconventional forms of motivation, in particular on R-motivation theory. In the article author use those methods: logic and comparative analysis, method of grouping. Results of the research are: suggestions in relation to motivation of workers at forming of management team, accenting attention on the non-traditional forms of motivation. Efficiency of work of management team consists in impossibility of more complete use of potential of it’s members by means of unconventional methods of motivation.
