FEATURES OF COMBATING MONEY LAUNDERING: INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article considers modern features of combating money laundering at the international and national levels. The essence and stages of money laundering are revealed. The degree of risk of attraction of various countries, including Ukraine, to the processes of laundering of illegally received income is analyzed. The elements of the system of counteraction to legalization of illegal proceeds at the international and national level are highlighted. The trends of practical efficiency and effectiveness of the financial monitoring system in Ukraine are considered. The list of recommendations for state authorities on combating money laundering on the basis of international cooperation is determined.
