FEATURES OF LEARNING MOTIVATION OF CADETS MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This article will consider the psychological features of educational motivation in the system of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study of educational motivation allows you to implement an individual approach, as well as increase the effectiveness of the educational process. According to the author, academic failure occurs if you do not approach each person individually by studying the educational motivation of cadets.
